What do you enjoy about your work?
I love seeing people “get it” whether that’s an awesome healing, to understand their potential or when they have those great big Aha moments and their life suddenly falls into place… It’s GOLD and it gives me so much joy.
My favourite colour?
Oh boy now you’re REALLY stretching me. As an artist and visionary, I have made wonderful connections to so many colours; I could talk about it for hours but… I will narrow it down to two. Orange. I have Orange car, hat, handbag, coat… well, you get it. That’s for me but the electric vibrant blue colour is my connection to spirit, I see energy dots in blue when my guides are in the room and my home before Earth IS called the blue star! (Sirius) Then there’s, so many shades of green and….
What is my strength?
My strength is VISION. No matter what I am doing, to have a vision of an outcome or the steps along the way is like having my own Google/You Tube channel in my head. I just need to wonder about something and pop… there it is, the answer, solution, and outcome! I use it every day in my own life but OH BOY is it wonderfully helpful for healing, teaching & coaching.
My favourite pastime or hobby?
Has to be people… being with people. I get into trouble (with myself) because I skip out of jobs to enjoy time with friends too often. Luckily it’s part of my work too. I am an artist so you can guess how much I like people when I forget to mention art as a hobby…. Doh.
What does spirituality mean to me?
Spirit is where I live, exist. Always have & always will. It’s the eternal part of me, my soul or higher self. I believe we come to Earth much like we take vacations, for the fun, relaxation, different experiences and to broaden our minds. If we were to remember that, then this Earthly life would be much simpler & easier. To me that is spirituality… remembering that you are an eternal, souled being having a human experience. To stop believing that there is not enough, buying into the fears & worries or many of the other ways we torture ourselves as humans. Ha ha, wouldn’t life be easy if we could just accept it that easily.
My favourite quote?
Well that’s like asking me my favourite colour… ha ha. But the Marianne Williamson quote, so often attributed to Nelson Mandela has spent the last 10 years on my walls at home. “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” The last line always serves as a reminder that being rather than doing holds the greatest power. It helped me transition from hands on healing to the limitless transformational process I now access.
What would I like to give the world?
Awareness. Awareness has served me so well and it can be a great replacement for so many things that currently keep us trapped. Awareness of why and how you came here and just how you create every experience. That you can release fears of not being enough or getting hurt, awareness can bring clarity, direction, trust. It can lead to wonderful choices and show appropriate action to take in order to reach your goals. Awareness of self leads to connection and infinitely perfect wellness & happiness. It leads to loving connections and a supportive community where we all give ourselves all we need and can just come together in love & freedom. Awareness is the beginning of many of the things we seek including love. Awareness saved me lots of trouble over the years but it saved my life as a child. I had to be finely in tune & aware of my father’s moods to avoid violent outbursts but it was my mother’s awareness and preparation which enabled us to flee when he came into our house with 2 shotguns and a violent outburst! He had removed the door handle but my mum had an awareness she might need it and hid a screwdriver which opened the door and we were well away when the police came and he eventually used the guns on himself. Awareness is a close cousin to trust and arms you beyond fear & uncertainty and lovingly guides you through life.
Best of all it’s free and always with you.
